Supplier Experience
The format is unique, executed excellently, and provides strategic-level business dialogue to ensure business growth. We designed the Event to maximize productivity for executives buyers and supplier executives seeking to innovate and grow their businesses. This is not a traditional tradeshow where you must filter through the “noise” to reach the right people. The decision-makers are delivered to you via a comprehensive matching process, providing an effective and highly productive opportunity to educate them on your capabilities, expertise, and experience.
The participation fee includes boardroom presentations, one-on-one appointments, content sessions, meals, all social and networking events, and inclusion in the Event directory. Optional sponsorship opportunities are also available to elevate your company’s visibility at the Event.
Boardroom Presentations
Executives are pre-assigned to a small group of 7-9 peers who have expressed interest in similar products and solutions. Suppliers present their latest innovations to this group in concise, 20-minute presentations.
One-on-One Sessions
These appointments provide a private environment in which you can discuss your product offerings with executives of your choice. These appointments are 15 minutes long and can serve as a follow-up with a executive you met in a boardroom or with someone you’ve never met.
Keynote and Content Sessions
The keynote and content sessions feature leading speakers offering actionable, inspiring insights on trends, opportunities, skills, best practices, and personal growth.
Networking
The agenda includes interactive social events to build relationships in a fun and casual environment. We develop the events within the agenda to optimize social interaction, which includes optional Sunday activities such as a golf tournament or a guided tour of the location and the surrounding area, a welcome reception including live music and other entertainment, daily catered breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners that allow you to maximize networking opportunities, and a closing cocktail reception with dinner and entertainment.
